The setup needs to be specific enough to trust

Name the work customers can request and what details each service needs before review.

Define where the business can actually serve, including exceptions that should not become false promises.

Decide who reviews new requests, what counts as complete, and when a customer needs a follow-up question.

Is this an instant-confirmation calendar?

No. The first version is request-first so operators can keep control of service fit, coverage, and schedule risk.

What needs to be ready before publishing?

At minimum: service definitions, coverage rules, intake questions, exception handling, and a clear operator review path.

Can copy change after launch?

Yes. Booking page copy is editor-owned content, so wording can be revised without rebuilding the route structure.
